Jay Electronica, Mos Def & Talib Kweli @ Knitting Factory (NY)

A gang of rap all-stars came out to support Phife from A Tribe Called Quest’s battle with diabetes. Jeru, Dres, KRS-One, Busy Bee, Greg Nice, you name it. But rap’s new phenom really shined with his stellar set. It was Jay Elect’s house as he brought out Talib and Mos for everyone’s favorite posse cut.
