This limited edition 7″ vinyl from MCM, released in conjunction with Headcount Records is a little slice of history. The former lyricist and front-man of the pioneering UK Hip Hop crew, Caveman delivers two solid joints that have been sat on the shelf for a few years now.

The A Side cut, R.E.A.L (Rhymes Equal Actual Life) is featuring fellow High Wycombe emcee C-Lone and is produced by Rinse Dog with the cuts by Mr Brown. The B-side cut is through and through MCM.
