The Legendary Dj Crew Waxolutionists Releases A New Album
That’s right! The Legendary Dj Crew from Vienna Waxolutionists announced the release of their new album The Big Butter, Part 1.
Hailing from Austria but with their influence reaching far further, the Waxolutionists have been spreading their unique blend of classic sampling, turntablism and electronics – loaded with skills and an abundant love for Hip-Hop – for almost 20 years. The Big Butter, Part 1 is the first album which The Bionic Kid, DJ Zuzee & Dj Buzz will release after a 6 year break. Scratches, wordcuts, instrumental-bangers, rare-groove-joints – brought together in dense sampling collages and fully handcrafted sound sculptures. Contributing guests on this journey are Tyrolean turntablists Chrisfader & Testa, Dorian Concept and the legendary German DJ Mirko Machine.
