Treach from Naughty By Nature was one of many legendary guests on SiriusXM Backspin’s recent Hip-Hop For Herc event (hosted by Chuck D of Public Enemy), which raised awareness of the fact that one of hip-hop’s founding fathers, DJ Kool Herc, is suffering from spiraling medical bills, and because he is uninsured, cannot pay for them. Treach did an impromptu performance of Naughty By Nature’s O.P.P. and Uptown Anthem with help from DoitAll from Lords Of The Underground, Kangol Kid of UTFO, Lil’ Fame of M.O.P. and JDL from Cold Crush Brothers.
