Video: Dig Of The Day: Da Nappy Headz – I’m Nappy (1994)

Today we have a perfect and positive combination from an underground crew called Da Nappy Headz (not to be confused with Nappy Headz formed in 2000) and their only release titled I’m Nappy. There’s extremely little info about them, apparently they’re from Danville, Illinois and were signed to Polydor.

They definitely recorded more and still rap to this day but I can’t find any of their other material except a new 2016 track they recorded under a different name, but the beat on that one is galaxies away and can’t match the timeless flavor of I’m Nappy.
