Today we have a rare live performance from the original Juice Crew rapper, original Marley Marl collaborator, original NY conscious thug and underground street legend Intelligent Hoodlum, with a hard conscious track Arrest The President with lyrics ahead of it’s time, a direct track to what’s goin’ on, who stands behind it and where it’s at.

The track is off his debut album titled Intelligent Hoodlum, released on A&M Records in 1990. Three years after that he changed his name to Tragedy Khadafi.
