Another gem from the immortal year of ’91. New Jersey’s Tony D was a rap luminary whose career as an emcee got overshadowed by his skills and fame as a producer.

He produced many obscure NJ records, before signing to 4th & Broadway around 1990 for his own album, then forming Crusaders For Real Hip-Hop in 1991, and even later producing abstract hip hop tracks for the UK Grand Central label.
